"My mission in teaching Tai Chi is to see participants get inspiration, energy and learn practical ways to regain control of their health concerns and as a result, experience greater ease and joy in life.

I became passionate about the Taoist healing arts after overcoming my own debilitating back injury that left me unable to work, depressed and shuffling from doctor to doctor. I was able to take control of my life and regain optimal health and true happiness through the application and study of Tai Chi exercises and study of Taoist wisdom.”
